Everyone you send a model to views it free
No account, no app, no time limit. Your client, the contractor, the council — they open a link, walk through the building, measure it, and stand it on the site in AR. You only pay for the people creating and managing models.

A free account gets you 2 active share links (7-day expiry), no card required. Enough to try it on a real job before you pay for anything.
One project
Your IFC or STEP, converted and hosted for a year. Most practices put it on the final account as a disbursement, so it costs the practice nothing.
Or a monthly plan
For practices running several projects at once. Cancel any time — you keep access to the end of the period you have paid for.

Subscription prices are reviewed once a year and may rise in line with South African CPI. We give 30 days' notice before any change, and the price you are on never changes mid-period.
Coming later — publishing straight from Revit, Navisworks, Tekla and Archicad
A button inside your modelling tool that reads the model you have open and hands you a share link and a QR code, with no export step. It is built and in final testing, and it is not part of any plan today — no plan is priced for it and you are not paying for it. When it ships we will say what it costs, and nobody has to buy it to keep using everything above. Ask to be told when it is out.No VAT

Full-scale AR on site, IFC and STEP in one tool, tap any element for its type and level, point clouds, and your practice's branding on what the client sees. Conversion happens in your own browser — the model is not uploaded to open it.What we won't pretend
Placing a model on site uses your phone's GPS, which is accurate to roughly 2–50 m. That is right for "walk to about here" and wrong for setting out. Free BIM viewers exist and some are very good — if all you need is to look at a model on a laptop, use one..rvt and .dwg are not read directly; export IFC or STEP.
